These Terms describe the expected use of GrepMind. The product is currently in development, and these Terms may be updated before public release.

Product Purpose

GrepMind is a productivity tool for building a private AI knowledge base from sources you choose, including local files, media, meetings, and optional screen memory. It can help search, summarize, generate reports, draft messages, and assist with work context.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Choosing which files, folders, recordings, meetings, and integrations GrepMind can access.
Confirming you have the right to process, record, transcribe, summarize, or share the content you provide.
Obtaining any required consent before recording meetings or processing third-party communications.
Reviewing AI-generated answers, reports, and message drafts before relying on them.
Approving any external message or action before it is sent or executed.

Agent Mode

Future Agent Mode features may draft replies, assist in meetings, send messages after approval, create tasks, or update external services. You remain responsible for actions taken through your accounts. GrepMind should show the content, recipient, identity, and context before sending messages or modifying external systems unless you configure a specific automation rule.

Acceptable Use

You may not use GrepMind to:

Record, monitor, or surveil people without required notice or consent.
Access accounts, files, messages, or meetings you are not authorized to access.
Impersonate another person or send deceptive communications.
Violate third-party service terms, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.
Use generated content as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice without qualified review.

AI Output

AI-generated output may be incomplete or incorrect. GrepMind should provide source citations where possible, but you should verify important information before making decisions or sending communications.

Third-Party Services

GrepMind may integrate with external models, messaging platforms, calendars, storage providers, or productivity tools. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
